The event will be held Saturday, January 16 at the California Market Center, Penthouse with Cocktails beginning at 4:30pm, and the Fashion Show at 5:00pm. Jazmin Whitley the designer and founder of the Li Cari clothing label launched her label in 2006 at the age of 17 as the youngest fashion designer to show during LA Fashion week and continued making fashion history as the youngest to show for NY fashion week at the age of 18 and was named the emerging designer to watch. Now at 21 Jazmin Whitley shows fashion lovers just how smart her clothing line is.
