Mark D. Veljkov, PhD, is GlobalHealth’
s new Director of Technology & Online Development, responsible for new product delivery and advanced technology. Mr. Veljkov’s 22-year career in postsecondary educational technology evidences great management of technical services related to delivery of distance education. He has served as Managing Director at Resolute Learning, Executive Director of Learning at City University, Vice President at Education OnLine, Dean of Distance Education at Skagit Valley College, and Director of Technology at Western Washington University. Mr. Veljkov has experience converting on-ground degree programs to online degree programs, writing college-wide distance learning standards and operating procedures, managing online divisions of universities, and growing online enrollment.
Munier S. Jallad, MS, MBA, is GlobalHealth’
s new Director of Online Curriculum; he will serve as the Company’s academic expert and coordinator for all new curricula. Mr. Jallad has served as the Associate Dean of Health Services at Keiser University, the Dean of Education and Dean of the School of Allied Health at Stratford University, and the Medical Chair, acting Dean, and program Director at the School of Allied Health at Rhodes College. Mr. Jallad has had great practice in both managing and developing on-ground and online degree programs ranging from certificate to bachelor’s degrees, particularly those related to healthcare. He also has healthcare-related marketing and research experience.
