At ISE 2010, Nexcom will be exhibiting a full range of ultra-reliable, multi-media computing solutions including low-cost products aimed at entry level applications, right through to high-end platforms capable of supporting four independent displays and HD Video wall.
In addition to its range of ultra-reliable Digital Media Players, Nexcom will debut a series of “signage ready” appliance based solutions at this ISE 2010. Typical of the PDS range is the new PDS 7740 an Intel® Core™ 2 Quad based Digital Signage Player which has been specifically created for graphic intensive applications such as 2 x 2 Video Wall. Based on the powerful Intel® Core™ 2 Duo/Core™ 2 Quad 95W CPU, PDS 7740 can support four independent videos with screen resolutions up to 1080p (Full HD) and can play most video, picture and sound files. Other features of the PDS 7740 include an ultra-reliable design that enables 24/7 operation, compact dimensions and a Mini-PCIe slot for Wireless/TV Connection. With the inclusion of Nexcom’s feature-rich PowerDigis Digital Signage Software, PDS 7740 is an incredibly cost-effective solution for 2 x 2 Video Wall or multi-screen Digital Signage applications.
Also making its debut at ISE 2010 is the low cost PDSP 2210, 22” multi-media panel PC which has been specifically designed for kiosk/self service applications. With inbuilt HD decoder and PowerDigis software, the PDSP 2210 can simultaneously play HD video, flash and scrolling text. PDSP 2210 is therefore perfect for the 24/7 display of high-quality advertising, promotional material or customer information.
