Virtuosant Technology, Inc. Appoints Armel Crocker as Chief Operating Officer

Virtuosant Technology, Inc. today announced the appointment of Armel A. Crocker as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Crocker, an experienced senior healthcare executive for over twenty years, will be responsible for the leadership of Virtuosant’s operations and product development divisions.

“Mr. Crocker’s extensive background and knowledge in consumer-related sectors of healthcare will enhance Virtuosant’s growth strategies in delivering high-caliber, affordable information technology solutions to our healthcare industry. His experience includes regional and national management of MCOs, HMOs, IPAs, and physician practices,” said David Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Virtuosant. He continued, “Mr. Crocker has not only managed these types of organizations, but has also been instrumental in developing a focused e-commerce prescription/lab enterprise process design application platform solution for a specialty pharmacy retail and mail order division. His contributions will help Virtuosant reach it 2010 goals.”
