Globes states that at its New York conference, which opened last Thursday, senior managers of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. began to discuss the pharmaceutical giant’s strategic plan for the next five years.
Globes quotes the company’s CEO, Shlomo Yanai: "By 2015, we expect sales of $31 billion and a profit of $6.8 billion - 22% profitability,"
In the company’s previous strategic plan, which was presented in 2008, the stated sales goal was $20 billion, and the company aspired to reach a net profit margin of over 20% of sales in 2012.
