Launching his Spring Series of Business Growth Seminars today for Galway, Clare and Limerick, Derek O'Dwyer is focussing on understanding what successful businesses have done in the past to survive and thrive in a downturn.
"Now is the time to show leadership. The business community will lead the country out of recession though innovation, enterprise, making necessary changes, finding new markets for their products and basically focussing on what needs to be done."
O'Dwyer will base his series of presentation on the principles of The Slight Edge. Outling the content of his seminars ODwyer explains:
"To learn from any seminar, people need to be able to grasp the concept and immediately understand how it applies to them. That itself is not enough, it has to be so relevant that they take immediate action. Too often, peole attend seminars, get buzzed up but then do nothing. We cannot afford for this to happen now and The Slight Edge Principles can be applied.
The seminars will be open to all. There will be a cover charge which will be donated to a local charity or group as a token of local business support to people in need.
"Most businesses do not have a plan for 2010, that's the starting point. The team needs a plan, the business needs plan. They can be done quickly but most do not bother" added Derek.
The seminars will explain how to get the basics right or mastery as we call it. They will explain how to turn plans into reality and they will explain what it takes to make this happen.
If you feel that your business could benefit from attending these seminars or you are at a change point in your career and are considering starting a business, register today...
