Top Agent Network, Inc. Marin Chapter Reaches Capacity

Jan. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- San Francisco, CA (January 8, 2010) – Top Agent Network (TAN) announced today that with the induction of its 175th member into its Marin County chapter, membership in TAN’s Marin chapter has reached capacity.  Henceforth, qualifying top Marin real estate agents seeking to become TAN members will be placed on a waiting list.

The 175-member limit was imposed in 2008 based on majority responses to a member survey.

Thrilled by the success of TAN in Marin, Founder and CEO of Top Agent Network David Faudman nonetheless encouraged qualifying agents to continue to apply.

“We are about to begin processing member renewals for the New Year,” he explained. “While historically we have enjoyed a near 100% renewal rate, in the current environment we expect to see some attrition by less active members.   So we anticipate that within the next several weeks, some new spots will open up.”
