Sublet.com credit reports, background reports
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Tenant Screening Center. The Tenant Screening Center is a complete resource for screening tenants where running reports is finally made easy. With the new report process, landlords are no longer legally responsible to maintaining tenant records; so, landlord applications, tenant releases and proof of property ownership are NOT REQUIRED! At the Tenant Screening Center, navigation is made simple and reports are viewable for 60 days. To run a report, all you need is a place for rent and an email address of a prospective tenant. Please note that your applicant does NOT need to come from Sublet.com.
To start running reports, simply create a free Sublet.com account and click “Credit Reports” from the “My Account” tab in the navigation bar. For more information about the new credit report process, read below or contact a Sublet.com representative at 201-845-7300 ext 0.
Credit Reports Include Full Credit Report, Credit Score, Leasing Recommendation, National Criminal Search, National Sex Offender and OFAC/Terrorist Search. Credit Report cost ranges from $20 to $30 based on the quantity of reports purchased. Eviction Reports and Employment Reports are also available separately for $14.95 each
Report Process:
Step 1: Login to Metroroommates.com Tenant Screening Center
Step 2: Purchase a report
Step 3: Email a credit request to the tenant
Step 4: If the tenant approves the emailed request, the report is available immediately in your Sublet.com account
