However, some require stoma surgery to be able to have a quality of life. This book follows on from ALL BAGGED UP and offers tips, suggestions and help with many areas such as, travel, day to day coping, where to obtain ostomy products - chemists or delivery companies and an insightful look at the toilets that the ostomist has to cope with each day.
Having a stoma can be a psychological struggle initially. However, given time for surgery to settle down and having a positive attitude can be a real life-saver. This book will offer encouragement and support to people with a bowel disorder or anyone with a stoma or awaiting stoma surgery.
