Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited
NEW DELHI: The government on Wednesday approved purchase of seven 'Dauphin' helicopters by Pawan Hans Helicopters for Rs 392.50 crore.
The state-owned company had signed a memorandum of agreement with France-based Eurocopter for seven Dauphin AS- 365 N3 helicopters on March 4, 2009. et Committee on Infrastructure also approved additional orders by Pawan Hans with Eurocopter as an option that can be exercised with the state-run firm.
"This will enable Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd to augment capacity for growth and meet additional requirement of offshore operations,"
