When local fitness expert Val Fujii started Superwomen Boot Camp, he knew that it would be a great way to bring together a group of women who would be supportive of each other’s fitness goals, while at the same time holding each other accountable. To this day, this trend holds true.
“Everyone knows that exercise is good for the body, but there is a growing awareness among researchers and fitness professionals that working out in groups can provide additional benefits,” Fujii says. Fujii goes on to say, “Whether you are participating in a fitness boot camp, taking a yoga class or are part of a running, walking, hiking, or cycling club, you receive the most important benefit of working out in a group and that is increased motivation and the commitment you need to stick with it.”

Sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6 a.m., 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. (starting January 12th) at our Folsom location, and on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. at our new Sacramento location.
