The residential township will offer two, three and four bedroom apartments. “While the two-bedroom set will have a covered area of 1,250 square feet, the three-bedroom set will have a covered area between 1,550-2,050 square feet. The four-bedroom set will have a covered area between 2,250-2,500 square feet,”. Apart from this, the development will offer independent floors and plots as well.

Besides the residential project on an area of around 34 acre, almost 150 acre will be dedicated to an integrated township housing a school, hospital and a club among others,” said a DLF official.
While the hospital is expected to be set up either by Fortis or Wockhardt, the school may be set up in collaboration with Vijay International School and Educom.
