The conference aimed at providing an environment for women to set trends, influence, innovate and leverage women’s participation in the global business world. The first edition of the conference took place at the Royal Palms on the 17th and 18th December in Mumbai which brought together more than 100 top women from companies across India to discuss various strategies used by women in their organization for women development.
The two-day conference and awards emphasized on education, networking and exchanging ideas on different issues faced by women at workplace. The Conference highlighted the strength, unity and their burning zeal to climb the corporate ladder. The awards ceremony was a significant part of the Women Leaders in India Conference. The awards program aspired to identify business women who have broken new grounds of the business world.
