As usual, Columbia Pictures' and Sony Pictures put tricks in this 3D cartoon film to avoid being copied. So since it is released on Jan 5th, Ideal DVD Software received a lot of reports about that they failed to copy it. Don't worry, they've just found a solution to fix it. However, they don't know how many editions the film has and all the information they received is for the same edition. If you still can't copy it with the updated version, please send all the .bup files of the original DVD to Ideal DVD Software support team. You may click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files...", and you will get a .buz file. Just attach that file in your email.
