Siegel-Gallagher helps bring CiCi’s Pizza to Wisconsin

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 6, 2010 - Cory Sovine of Siegel-Gallagher represented Paul Tate in leasing space at The Shoppes on 100 in West Allis, Wisconsin, for the state’s first CiCi’s Pizza Buffet location. Tate, d/b/a Rally Pizza, LLC, is the franchisee for CiCi’s Pizza Buffet, and he plans to open the restaurant in April of this year. CiCi’s new location is a combination of two former eateries, Johnny V’s and Pancheros, for a total of 3,550 sq. ft. of optimal retail space.

“CiCi’s is very excited to be entering the Wisconsin market. They see tremendous opportunity here and believe the value-priced buffet concept will suit Wisconsin well,” stated Cory Sovine. Paul Tate added, “everyone worked especially hard on this opportunity to bring Wisconsin’s very first CiCi’s Pizza to the City of West Allis. We anticipate CiCi’s success here will bring additional units to other Wisconsin neighborhoods in the near future.”
