XLN Telecom, the UK’s leading telecoms company serving the small business community, has been named as a finalist in two separate categories of the 2010 Lambeth Business Awards – ‘Best Employer’ and ‘Best Customer Service’.
Sponsored by the Lambeth Council and Lambeth First, the Lambeth Business Awards reward and celebrate best business practise in the London borough of Lambeth.
Founded in 2002 and having always been based in Vauxhall, XLN Telecom is now the UK’s largest independent provider of telecom services to small businesses in Britain, having over 125,000 business customers across the country. Today the company employs over 150 staff with all customer service matters being handled from XLN’s Vauxhall based head-office.
Christian Nellemann, Group CEO of XLN Telecom, commented:
“XLN has always been committed to providing small businesses with the highest customer service levels and the lowest cost telecom services. To achieve this, we not only need to have the right systems and technology in place but also highly motivated staff. Through the team we have built, we believe we are creating new benchmarks in the telecoms industry in these areas. We are therefore delighted to be recognised as finalists in both the Best Customer Service and Best Employer categories of this year’s Lambeth Business Awards.”
The 2010 Lambeth Business Awards will be presented during an awards ceremony on 23 February 2010 at the Brit Oval. In November 2009, XLN Telecom was also a finalist in the 2009 National Business Awards for Customer Focus.
