Andrea Worland, Esq. a Co-Founder of PartnerJD, has launched LateralOne Legal Search. Worland's departure from PartnerJD, an award-winning temporary staffing start-up, was based on focusing striclty on lateral partner permanent placement services.
Worland started her legal career in the General Counsel's office of American Insurance Association in Washington, DC. She later became the Managing Recruiter of a boutique legal search firm. Worland was a Managing Director of Major, Lindsey & Africa based in the Washington, DC office, while opening the Richmond, VA office.
Worland received her B.A. from the College of William & Mary (Reves School of International Relations) and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
