Fresh from Hawaii, former Delawarean Carolyn Wells has joined the staff of Serenity Travel club.
The club is expanding its staff to meet the travel needs of new club members, many of whom prefer to deal with a person rather than call on an anonymous person from a call center.
Ms. Wells brings with her a year's experience in the time-share industry, specialized training in house, and a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Hawaii. She is widely traveled in the US and Mexico, and her colleagues say she has a knack for discerning a client's unspoken travel needs.
