SaharaOne Television’s popular show Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki has successfully entertained its viewers for more than 1000 episodes. Its lead protagonist Reena Kapoor is already a household name with her character of "Rani as the ideal daughter, wife and mother. The huge success and the continued patronage of the largely female audience has been instrumental in changing the fortunes of the show and in building Reena Kapoor’s position strong amidst the plethora of “on-screen Bahus” of Indian television. Her innocence, beauty and naivety along with her faith in god and the will to rise above all odds have touched the heart of every Indian audience.  
Just when life seemed happier for Rani, a sudden twist of fate left her and her family in a state of shock. All the four brothers died in a bus accident while saving the life of fellow passengers on their way home from Mumbai. The death of their husband’s has left the wives shattered. But Rani gets no time to grieve her loss as she has to look after everyone and also manage home and the family business. The show depicts the struggle of Rani and her sister-in-laws who are trying to lead a normal life after the death of their husbands and struggling to make ends meet. At each step of their lives, they face a lot of hardships and deceit. But Rani does not lose hope and faces every challenge coming her way with strength and determination. Finally their haveli is auctioned off and they have no where to go.  






Rani decides to embark on a new journey and they all arrive in Mumbai with nothing but only memories of their happy past and hope in their hearts for a decent future.
