Jan. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Role playing games (RPG) are very popular for all ages. These games have a variety of themes both online and offline. The most popular type is the “RPG’s” online where you can get online and roles play anything you want for your character. One rule in the “RPG” is not to god mod. God molding is where you try to play a god that you are not as a newbie. Other forms of god molding are dodging attacks that a normal player would not try to dodge and or pretending as if you haven’t been hit at all by your opponent. There are two types of “RPG’s” out there online there is the text based “RPG” and then there are the “RPG’s” that are 3d “RPG’s”. The difference between these two forms of “RPG” are that the 3d “RPG’s” are set up so you can see where your going and what everything looks like the game is already set up for you to play a certain way. The text based “RPG” is where the owner of the site sets up a LOTGD site that you have to make a character on and then you can chose exactly how you wish to play.

For the text “RPG” there are many more rules than there are for a 3d “RPG”. The rules for the text “RPG” normally consists of the following: No spamming, No talk of Real life in the villages, no talking about drugs or abortions, no speaking of politics or your home town in real life, No disrespecting the owner of the site or their staffers. There is also an alt rule in most text “RPG’s” this helps keep server space for other people whom wish to join “RPG’s”. Normally the owner sets this rule themselves to two accounts only. Some “RPG” owners set the alts at three alts plus your main character, but every role play site is different. Role playing is a big part of most games online and even board games can be considered to be “RPG’s”. Avatars this is normally a donation incentive to donating the money that that site needs to keep going on. Some “RPG” owners give you one free avatar when you first join their site.

There are also some owners that place in a module that you can have an avatar at anytime you wish to change it for free. Role playing games are fun for all ages though there is an age that most think you can join the youngest that can join an online “RPG” text based is thirteen years old. Some “RPG’s” have 15 and up and others have 17 and older. Most times people lie about their age just to play the text based “RPG’s”.

Anytime that you wish to check out a good “RPG” all you have to do is look up on Google or ask search engines for role playing games. “RPG’s” run off many servers and get their modules from dragon prime whatever the owners need for their sites that is the one place that most modules will be. Unless if someone has a private module that they do not wish to make public just yet.
