VOLT-ATTENDANCE is a system to manage
o Integration with electronic Attendance monitoring systems.
o Feed back to the VOLT-PAY system for salary calculation.

o Project time sheets to allow calculating time and money spent on a specific
project and with a specific customer.
• The Created actions and approvals of these actions are controlled by the system
administrator (i.e. users can create time sheets and their managers need to approve
them before they go into the payment system).
• A rich set of reports can be created by the administrator to deal with all aspects of the
system
• A rich set of notifications options can be configured by the administrator.
• Actions or assignments can be generated through the notification system to
individuals or groups inside the organization.
