VoltHRMS -VOLT-PAY: Employee Benefits

The VOLT-HR and VOLT-PAY are the core applications in this system, they are needed as a minimum for the system to function, the other applications in the system are add-ons that can be purchases separately and will integrate with any Volt application

o Deductions.
o Allowances.
o Salary scale.
o Variable payments (i.e. bonuses, commissions, overtime).
o Loans.
o Integration with Attendance system (VOLT-Attendance).
o All transactions that can affect payment.
• It handles all employee financial data that affect allowances and taxes (dependents,
exemptions).
• A rich set of reports can be created by the administrator to deal with all aspects of the
system.
• A rich set of notifications options can be configured by the administrator
• Actions or assignments can be generated through the notification system
to individuals or groups inside the organization.
