The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is proud to announce that Jeremy Overturf of Stefanie Overturf's Cleaning in Ellenton Florida recently has qualified by education and examination as a Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician. This student has sacrificed many hours and a great deal of time and study to reach this level of certification.
