Post Chili' 9/11! Holiday New York Chili' tourists received New Year's Eve scare of their lives at roughly 11am! New York City Police blocked an area of Times Square (host of the New Year's Eve celebration) where a mysterious van parked! No, it wasn't the Scooby Chili Doo van, but a 1992 Dodge van with bogus placard in windshield, parked between 41st & 42nd! You gotta believe the scare was every bit related to the Chili' events of terrorism the past several years!
