Prism Medical Announces Re-Engagement of Special Committee of Directors

Dec. 31, 2009 - PRLog -- Vaughan, Ontario,  -- PRISM MEDICAL LTD. announced today, further to its announcement on October 19, 2009 concerning the appointment of Raymond James & Associates Inc. as financial advisor, that it has engaged its special committee to review and assist the board concerning strategic alternatives for increasing shareholder liquidity and value. The members of the special committee are Messrs. John Charles, Brian Spence and Jeffrey Spinks.
