Petfriendlyrentals.co.uk is now in their 3rd year of trading and has become the UK’s premiere directory of pet friendly homes to rent and holiday accommodation. The success of this site is down to the unique way you can locate a property, it was the first site of its kind that enabled you to search for not only your chosen area and property type, but also by the type of pet you have, dog, cat, horse or small caged animal. It would appear that pet owners do wish to take other forms of pets on holiday, not just the family dog!
Pet Friendly Rentals has just recently made even more improvements to their already successful website, these improvements include a map that pin points the accommodation and all accommodation within that area, and if nothing is found in that area you can simply select a wider area of up to 30 miles in distance, this has proved to be very useful for pet owners looking for a long term house to rent.
The creator Darren Lock never realized how popular the site would be, but it would appear that the easy to use search facility is a big hit with pet owners. The website gets many referrals and receives on average 400 unique visits a day.
Pet Friendly Rentals expect to see an increased demand for their services during 2010 for both pet friendly holidays and homes to rent; this is due to the current recession.
