Need a jump start on those New Years resolutions?  Jason Yun, owner of Yun’s Fitness Bootcamps, can help you power your way into the new decade and a new you. Beginning in January, Yun’s Fitness Bootcamps will kickoff the 2nd annual Look Better Naked Transformation Contest, a free contest for Columbus-area residents who want to get fit, lose fat, and improve their health and confidence.

In conjunction with the 45-minute, three-days-a-week fitness bootcamps, nutrition counseling, and made-for-you meal plans, the Transformation Contest offers 12 weeks of intense, challenging, and fun group exercises to help you burn fat and sculpt your body. The contest runs from January 11 through April 9th.  Bootcamps are held at the Shao Lin DO Center in Hilliard, Ohio. Rewards for the top two finishers include free bootcamp classes, nutrition supplements, and gift cards to Columbus restaurants.
