Aggregame Publishes Top 2009 Holiday Console and Gaming Trends

Aggregame.com has recently published a report on their official company blog (http://blog.aggregame.com) detailing the top 2009 Holiday video game and console trends, based on data gathered by AggreTweet.com, powered by the popular microblogging website, Twitter.

The report is based on Twitter chatter leading up to, and just following Christmas 2009. As the first to publish suspected holiday sales performance for the three major consoles, Aggregame’s report shows a 900 percent growth in chatter regarding Nintendo's Wii platform, a 26 percent growth for Sony's PlayStation(R) 3 computer entertainment system, and a 13 percent growth for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.  The report also highlights the trending of popular holiday season video games from publishers like Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, and others.
