In somewhat different ways, both Dr. Olsen and Daniel Watrous have been showing their passion for health and fitness for years, treating and motivating thousands of people to get the health and fitness results they most desire. In 2010 they plan to keep even more on track with their new year’s resolutions in a very high tech way.
Daniel Watrous is a life long runner, creator of the online exercise log www.maintainfit.com and author of The Accidental Runner. Dr. Olsen trained under Chiropractors for the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, Phoenix Coyotes, and Arizona Diamonbacks. This unique training combined with his own clinical practice makes him an authority on pain relief, improving performance and preventing injury. Dr. Olsen and Daniel Watrous have individually impacted the health and fitness of thousands of people, giving them the tools, treatment and training they need to keep their bodies in top physical shape.
Their passion continues with the approach of the 2010 New Year. Together with an all star group of fitness industry experts they plan to host the first ever Maintain Fit Fitness Jumpstart program. The program will have training for all levels, from beginner to ultra fit.
Feel like you’re really there getting the training one-on-one. Daniel will take full advantage of his engineering background to utilize the latest in video streaming, audio and internet media technologies, including live interaction during the live expert sessions. Participants get to be part of the live events, and download the entire program to use throughout the year.
The program will run for six weeks and begins the third week of January 2010. Sign ups will start on New Years day at midnight here: http://www.maintainfit.com/
