Ashok has been continuously feted for his success in promoting the use of global delivery teams in the world of HR Outsourcing services, since 2005. In Feb 2009, Ashok launched Neeyamo, a specialist mid-market HRO provider, to focus on the companies with 2,500 ~ 15,000 employees.
