Dr. Richard Pegnetter, Founding Dean of the Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) Lutgert College of Business, will be the keynote speaker for the 2010 Entrepreneur’
Dr. Richard Pegnetter, former interim president of FGCU and dean of the Lutgert College of Business, also established the Center for Leadership and Innovation at FCGU to develop relationships with area business executives and support regional economic development. He is also on the statewide Board of Regents for Leadership Florida as well as being actively involved in conference roles with for The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. His academic focus is negotiations and conflict resolution, and he is a nationally certified, neutral arbitrator in labor-management disputes. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
