Huot Instruments, LLC of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin is pleased to announce the launch of its new line of LED medical examination lights.
On November 1st the StarTrol line of examination lights was introduced in order to satisfy the growing need of medical professionals for a more energy efficient lighting solution.
StarTrol examination lights utilize light emitting diodes (LEDs). These LED light sources deliver high light intensity equal to that of halogen-powered examination lighting, but consume less than one third the power. LEDs convert nearly one hundred percent of their energy to light, so they have the added benefit of emitting almost no heat, infrared light, or ultraviolet light.
The fact that StarTrol lights use energy more efficiently than the traditionally used halogen lights, means medical professionals can expect to spend less on utility bills. Lower electricity cost and the absence of bulb replacement expenses suggest that LED lighting systems, like StarTrol, may be an economically beneficial choice for many medical professionals.
When asked about the advantages of the StarTrol light as compared to other lighting systems, managing partner Rich Ward said; “StarTrol lights are the most advanced light on the market, giving superior light using a fraction of the energy of conventional lights.
