Capstone Homes is pleased to announce that December 2009 sales were the highest for any December since Capstone was founded in early 2006.
“People just kept coming in the door,” says Scott Dailey, managing partner for Capstone Homes. “We think we have found the market- good value, great floorplans, good locations.” Says Dailey.

He said that Capstone is aided by the fact that it has much lower overhead than larger builders. Although Capstone is a private company, Dailey says that his unit volume has more than doubled in 2009 over 2008. The increase in sales is a direct result of the opening of the Holland Mills community, and Capstone Homes has worked very hard on new models to keep its product offering fresh.

Dailey also says that the Delaware Beaches are very desirable for coastal living. “As the beach areas have grown, the area has become a twelve month desitination.”
