VGPR is trading at $0.0077.
As this longer term chart shows, VGPR is in the mist of a normal pullback as weak holders get spooked into selling too early.
VGPR spent nearly 6 months locked in a channel between $0.005 and $0.012 and is now finding support right in this zone.
As the calender rolls over to 2010 we see big things happening for VGPR.
The industry is still in it's infancy and growing by leaps and bounds.
VGPR has an enormous leg up on its competition.
" Currently the demand for pellet fuel is approximately 20 millionmetric tons per year and increasing. Wholesale market value this yearis estimated to be $90 per metric ton. This equates to over $1.8billion per year. There are simply not enough manufacturing plants tomeet this demand. With our technology and expertise, we can install 50machines that willhave the production capacity of between 4 and 5 tons per hour, permachine. This equates to approximately 1 million metric tons ofproduct per year, creating annual revenue of approximately $90 millionper year, with a gross profit of 45%."
