PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 29, 2009 - NYMAG (New York Martial Arts Gym) has just opened the largest MMA school in the area on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls near Lagrange, NY. The gym offers classes in Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and is known for their World Class Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) instruction.

The facility is the area's largest open matted area equipped with top of the line Professional Grade Zebra mats. There is also a cage surface for MMA training, heavy bags and showers. There are classes available for all ages and levels of experience including Kids programs, Kickboxing for Women, competition training for both Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts and BJJ & MMA Classes for beginners.
