Best of Citysearch 2009
Destenee Salon and Spa of Chapel Hill, NC was voted Best of Citysearch 2009. The staff there worked extremely hard all year in preparation for the event. They transitioned the salon to a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon and concentrated on customer satisfaction. Owner, Bobbie Ramadanovic, became interested in the Paul Mitchell Focus Salon program because she believed that a lot of the systems the program had in place would be valuable for customer satisfaction. She said “The only way to make sure that every client is completely satisfied is to go above and beyond each and every client’s expectations. As a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, we are provided with more tools to allow us to meet this goal. There is a lot of really strong competition in this area and if we wanted to stand out, I knew we had to do something extraordinary.”
