Dr. Ketan Desai , MD, Phd  a  noted  bio researcher  points out in  his article, Biological warfare , “the next weapons of mass destruction are nuclear ,chemical  and biological”.

He further  explains biological  weapons are far more dreadful and destructive. In words of Ketan  Desai , these weapons of mass destruction could be tailor made.
His  research proves  that these biological agents  don’t need any extensive  infrastructure, but  a  simple laboratory  and  limited knowledge .

Dr. Desai cautions  readers against  misuse  of biological agents by anarchists,  who could create  a recombinant agent that could destroy the entire  human race.
