Houston Texas - Dr. Barbara A. Nabors, founding pastor of Kingdom Word of Faith International launches fellowship gatherings for worship service and healing room experience beginning January 3 and January 17, 2010 at 9:30am and 11:00am respectively, at Hilton Houston Southwest Hotel, 6780 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074.
Dr. Nabors' experiences as pastor, teacher, educator, counselor, lecturer and entrepreneur qualifies her role as senior pastor of Kingdom Word of Faith International and overseer of the fellowship gatherings. Established under Covenant Overseer Chief Apostle Dr. Robbie Horton of Los Angeles, California, Dr. Nabors oversees Remnant Lighthouse Church in Oxnard, California. Her education enhances her natural ability to communicate effectively in numerous areas with her clients. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychology; Master of Science in Counseling & Education; Doctorate of Theology in Christian Education and PhD in Marriage & Family Counseling/Pastoral Theology from Christian Life Bible College and Seminary. Dr. Nabors is president of Pacific West Multi-Service Center, and Dean of Education for Kingdom Word School of Ministry.
A native of Louisiana, she has two children and two grandchildren and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
As a woman of vision, Dr. Nabors is revered locally and nationally for her leadership, integrity, and compassion. She has written several spiritual enrichment curriculums to train pastors and lay-leaders to equip and empower the body of Christ through the Word of God. A strong advocate for mentoring, she has established mentorship programs to assist in the spiritual and practical development of church leaders. Known as a “woman of prayer and sincerity,” Dr. Nabors is a powerful, anointed, prophetic speaker that God has raised up as a dynamic voice to this generation.
God has given Dr. Nabors “A Breaker’s Anointing” and the sword of the spirit to push back the enemy. She has been preaching for over twenty years drawing thousands to Christ, setting many free from generational strongholds and demonic oppression. She travels throughout the United States preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Look for her new book release entitled “Pain in the Pews.”
As senior pastor of Kingdom Word of Faith International organization, Dr. Nabors brings together a collaborative network of business entities, partners and ministries through fellowship gatherings.
