The Two River Theater Company will host “Laugh Out Loud,” a comedy night benefiting 180 Turning Lives on Around, on Friday, January 22nd. The show will feature the return of national headliner Mike Marino, who delighted 180 supporters last June at a previous “Laugh Out Loud” fundraiser. Marino is known for a recurring sketch artist role on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and has performed at major comedy clubs from Los Angeles to New York City.
The ticket price is $33 and includes a reception at 7:30 PM with light fare and a cash bar. Showtime will be 8:30 PM. All ticket proceeds will benefit the vital program and services of 180 Turning Lives Around, a private Monmouth County nonprofit organization dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence.
In expressing her excitement about the event, 180 Director of Development Connie DeSpirito Heath said: “This is a really fun, affordable evening that brings old and new 180 supporters together to enjoy an evening of good company and a hearty laugh. It’s a great way to chase away the winter blues while contributing to a worthy cause.”
