Chantel Hobbs has a new weight loss system out wityh a challenge for the New Year
Best selling author, Oprah guest, a People magazine cover, all after having lost more than 200 pounds, fitness and weight loss expert, Chantel Hobbs is out with a new weight loss system based on her third best selling book: “The One Day Way”. The comprehensive system will also be featured as an upcoming Public Television series.
Hobbs’ book follows up her 2007 release “Never Say Diet: Make Five Decisions and Break the Fat Habit For Good” and the best selling "Never Say Diet".

CHANTEL HOBBS is a certified spinning instructor, fitness trainer and mother of 4 who has a story that has inspired countless numbers across the country to step up, take responsibility, stop making excuses and finally break free from the fat trap!
In 2001, Ms. Hobbs weighed nearly 400 pounds. Seven years later she is a veteran of 10 marathons, 200 pounds lighter, far healthier, was a guest on the Oprah Winfrey show, the Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends, Lifetime TV, A&E, was featured on the cover of People Magazine (among others), and is excited to share her story with others.
