New York, NY and Amman, Jordan – NYIT President Edward Guiliano, Ph.D. praised the success of the global conference on information technology and communications which was co-organized by New York Institute of Technology (NYIT)-Amman and Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) last week.

The three-day event was held at the NYIT and JUST campuses, brought together more than 200 academics, experts, and leaders in higher education from around the world to explore issues from artificial intelligence, Web content mining and e-learning to information security, the mobile revolution, cryptography, and human-computer interaction.
Keynote speakers included Cetin Kaya Koc, professor of computer science at Istanbul Sehir University in Turkey and co-founder of the Workshop on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems (chesworkshop.org);
