The Victoria Falls is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. It is 1708 meters (5,600 ft) wide, 108 meters (360 ft) height. It drops between 90m and 107m into the Zambezi Gorge and an average of 550,000 cubic meters of water plummet over the edge every minute. It is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, it is claimed to be the largest. This claim is based on a width of 1,708 metres (5,600 ft) and height of 108 meters (360 ft), forming the largest sheet of falling water in the world.
