Allmighty God! We thank you for the life you have given us and for the religions, sciences and the arts by which we understand, though very little, the secrets of the nature and the universe which you have created which could not have its profound and superior order without your might. We thank you for the prophets you have sent to us and for your books of guidance. We thank you for the miracles you perform for us, each and every day, to help us when we are in need. We thank you for the love, joy, humor, the ability to work and search and the hope you have planted in our souls. We thank you for the earth on which you have
gathered countless species of life and have given us mankind, a leading place among them.
We pray for your help in our pursuit of peace, to eliminate the wars and conflicts among the peoples of the earth; for your help to reinstate love instead of hate; to build brotherhood instead of enmity; to achieve justice and to learn satisfaction by simplicity and defeat greed.
We pray for your help to defeat hunger and the diseases and the crime which have infested the world. We pray for your help to win the fight against narcotics, smoking, alcoholism, gambling and the harmful industries. We ask for your help to establish respect for one another, for the truth, for our environment and for knowledge and beauty.
