USA Today reports airport restaurants are having troubles with food safety (ugh)! A recent study suggests rat droppings, raw meat cross-contamination, & turkey sandwiches w/ produce ingredients stored improperly (ie. soggy lettuce & mayannaise because of warm temperatures)
Ominous Food Safety Warnings:
* Food Must Be Stored at Proper Temperature
* Hepatitis A results from workers who have improper hygiene (ie. not washing their hands). This is horrible when you consider the epidemic of Swine Flu recently!
* How does the food look! A picture, in this case is worth a thousand words! If the food looks gross, don't eat it.
