Bangalore, India - Lytecube Technologies launched XpenseTracker, a mobile phone application to track expenditure and personal finance. Lytecube has been pioneering the use of mobile phones for business applications. The latest offering addresses a gap in personal finance applications where current business applications require data services and users are cautious of data charges.
"The biggest drawback of phone applications in developing countries is data charges, most users shy away from heavy data usage making current business applications unusable", says Bellalcheru Chief Technologist at Lytecube. "We are trying to bridge the gap between server centric phone applications and unuseful phone applications. XpenseTracker is our first offering in that direction", says Bellalcheru.
Lytecube's XpenseTracker is compatible with any java enabled phone and MIDP 2.0 compliant. So far iphone users saw an abundance of apps while java phones had limited useful apps. With more players like Lytecube bringing in full featured apps onto java phones the playing field may soon be levelled.
XpenseTracker is available in a lite version with a restriction of 15 entries for your evaluation. The full version can be purchased from the website at $3
