New Pharmaceutical Mail Back Program

Gmed Introduces the "PDP" Program for Pharmaceuticals

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec 24, 2009 -
Gmed Services LLC has introduced a new program as an option to flushing of Pharmaceuticals.  In an effort to help medical facilities comply with proposed legislation, Gmed Services is offering their "PDP" program designed to assist medical facilities with discarding over the counter medications, out of date and samples of medications.  This program is simple.  Gmed sends out specially designed boxes with hidden safety measures.  The facility fills the box and attaches the shipping label and returns the non-descript package for destruction.
This program is scheduled to be launched on January 1, 2010, however more than 200 facilities across the US have registered through our web site for this service.
The service is designed for small to medium size medical facilities including nursing homes, clinics, medical offices and pharmacies.
All of the packaging used in the PDP Program is recycled after use.  This makes our program very environmentally acceptable.  Gmed supplies all of the materials, bags, instructions and labels for this service for one price per container.
The PDP Program is available nationwide.  For more information visit our web site at www.gmedservices.com or call 615-594-0338
