Children orphanage
Millennium Resort Patong Phuket recently hosted an island day trip to Khai Island with orphans from the Sussex House orphanage which is supported by the New Life Foundation. It was full filled day for the 11 orphans with activities such as snorkeling, canoeing and swimming and they enjoyed themselves tremendously.
The resort created the “wishes to share project” aimed to encourage foundations and charity organizations to continue helping underprivileged people in Phuket and Thailand. Not only now and during 2009 but this project will run throughout the years ahead as well as given them career opportunities.
