Tracy A. “Moose” Amos / Sr. Vice President of Programs
Responsible for leveraging MicroTech corporate resources to optimize performance and expand market share on large government contract vehicles, Moose Amos is primarily focused on large Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) service-oriented vehicles. He is also responsible for maintaining strong teaming partnerships and developing relationships with other small businesses.
Amos brings to MicroTech 25 years of program management experience providing no-fail Information Technology support to the highest levels of the U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), intelligence agencies, and to the Joint Service Special Operations Forces worldwide.
In his 20-year U.S. Air Force career, (ret.) Colonel Amos commanded the 3rd Combat Communications Group, and was Deputy Commander of the White House Communications Agency providing Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Information (C4I) services in support of the U.S. President, Vice President, National Security Council, and Secret Service. In the private sector, he served in recent Sr. Vice President roles at Light Professional IT Services and INDUS Corp.
Keith R. Malkin / Vice President – Proposals
In his new role, Keith Malkin provides the overall leadership, management and direction of the MicroTech’s Proposal Operations, leading a large range of activities involved with the preparation, presentation, and follow-up associated with all proposal development.
ITIL management certified, Malkin brings to MicroTech over 29 years of public and private sector experience in Proposal and Capture Management. He was previously the Director, North American Public Service Proposal Development at Accenture, and CENTECH’s Director of Proposal Development and Capture Management.
William M. Fisher / Vice President – Product Solutions
Responsible for MicroTech’s Product Solutions, William “Bill” Fisher manages the organization’
Fisher offers over 14 years of Sales, Account Management, and Business Development experience in the Information Technology field. Prior to joining MicroTech, he served in senior management roles with technology resellers like Spectrum Systems and GTSI.
Meg Coker / Sr. Vice President – Video Teleconferencing Sales and Solutions
Meg Coker is responsible for driving sales for Federal Video Teleconferencing solutions, as well as state and local customers. Her team provides mission critical secure video communications and real time collaboration for customers globally facilitating anytime, anyplace, anywhere real time communications.
Coker has nearly 20 years of communications and networking experience, beginning her career with AT&T leading large scale IT projects including Federal Video Programs. A former Director of Business Development for Verizon Business, prior to joining MicroTech, she was Director of DoD and Intel Operations at Polycom.
