Once we have gained a detailed insight into what you require we will immediatly start our process in searching the market.
We have access to the whole of the market, this includes properties that are not yet being advertised, and many other facilities to finding properties in the UK. This puts us in a strong position as most agents will only offer what they have on their books.
Once we have found properties that will be of interest, we will arrange for you to view them, accompanied by us of course to ask the agent/landlord the right questions. Once viewed, we will discuss whether it is viable for you to move forward in making an offer.
Why would you use our service?
Alot of businesses do not know what is involved with commercial properties, it is a much more complex process than residential and alot more facts to think of.
