Film City is gearing up to host a national peace initiative with a seminar on national peace followed by a march. An initiative of the mass comunication students of Symbiosis Institute of media and communication, Pune, in association with leading brand promotions company Brandsmith & AAFT, pioner in media education, this unique event would entail a seminar with top speakers, followed by screening of a short film on peace. Some of the notable speakers on this occassion include Carlos Yrigoyen, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Peru and expert on Human relations and peace issues, Vipul Mittra, Secretary Tourism, civil aviation, pilgrimages and heritage sites govt. of Gujarat and Masters in law Human rights from UK, DJ Narain, lead singer and founder of india's largest selling rock & pop band, The ARYANS and director Dance and Drama, Government of India and Sandeep Marwah, President AAFT
